Q: I have heard that i am entitled to a discount but which scheme am i on?
Sinple. If you work for Vauxhall, or another company within the General Motors Group, or you're receiving a reirement pension from the above companies, you can register as a Vauxhall partner. If you work for a Vauxhall Retailer, you'll be eligible as a Vauxhall retailer partner. And if you work for a registered GM/Vauxhall Associate Company, (e.g. EDS, ASDA or GE Capital Fleet Services), then you would register as a Vauxhall Associate. If you are an eligible relative, you will assume the same status as the qualifying employee who nominated you.

Q: Are there any models that are excluded on the scheme?
All vauxhall models (excluding Expression), including vans are currently available. Please check with your Vauxhall Retailer or this website for individual discounts.
Q: Can I book a test drive?

Q: Can I use my discount on used cars?
No. Discounts are only applicable on new vehicles purchased through a UK franchasied Vauxhall Retailer.
Q: Are there any other discounts I can get?
Certainly! The Partners Programme offers discounts on a range of Vauxhall products and services, including factory-fitted options.
Q: Can a friend or a partner buy a car through me?
A GM employee can nominate one friend per year, however you can nominate your partner, and as many eligible relatives as you wish! Once registered, they can buy their own vehicles through the programme. you can check family eligibilty on the website. Unmarried partners are only eligible if they produce documentary evidence of proof of address - such as a utility bill. This is part of Vauxhall's terms and conditions.
Q: How many cars can we buy each year?
Vauxhall partners can purchase up to six Vauxhall vehicles per family within any 12-month period, with no more than two registered in the same name.
Q: How long do i have to keep the car?
Any vehicle purchased under the programme should be retained in the name in which it was purchased for a minimum of 6 months before it can be resold or traded in. Vauxhall'a Audit Department carry out random checks and may request to see the vehicle's V5 logbook at any time during the minimum 6 months ownership period.
NB: All cars must be insured and ordered in the name of the person who is registered with us.
Q: What happens to my entitlement if I leave the company?
If you leave the company, your eligibilty ends. However, if you are eligible for Vauxhall Partners and retire, or if you have worked for the company for 10 years or more and have subscribed to a General Motors company pension, you will remain eligible for the scheme, classed as a deferred pensioner.
Q: What happens if I die?
Your family would only remain members of the programme if the ramaining husband or wife continues to claim their spouse's GM/Vauxhall pension. Entitlement does not automatically pass on to a deceased member's children or relatives.
